RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and we will provide a 100% refund of your order value.

Returns:

We gladly accept refunds and returns in the following cases:

If the item is damaged or broken. If we sent the wrong item or size. Please note that we only accept return requests made within 30 days from the date the customer receives the goods.

To initiate a return, we require your order number and evidence of a defective item in one of the cases mentioned above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost items, and we do not offer refunds in such cases.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. The refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account for any posted refunds. Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before your refund is officially reflected. Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at contact@pixiblaze.com.

Shipping:

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Place the items in a box along with the email confirmation or the original receipt. Include a note detailing your request for resolution. Please note that we cannot process an exchange or refund without your receipt. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
