Shipping Information

Operating Hours for Shipping: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day.

Target Market: While our primary market is the United States, we are thrilled to share our plans for global expansion in the near future!

Order Processing: Every order undergoes thorough processing and fulfillment before shipment, typically taking 1-2 business days.

Transit Time: Once processed, orders are shipped with a transit time ranging from 2-5 business days.

Important Details:Please be aware that our time frames are estimates and not guarantees. Redelivery charges may apply for orders returned to sender due to non-claim or incorrect addresses. Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our products within the United States.

Here’s what it means for you:

Processing times may experience delays, typically within 1-3 business days. We will keep you informed if any issues arise with your order or once it is shipped. You can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t shipped yet. Checking Order Status: Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@Pixiblaze.com with your name and order number for assistance.

Tracking Your Order: To track your order:

Visit the “Order Status” section in the main menu of our website. Enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Click “Track” to view the tracking information.

Order Tracking Updates: If your tracking information isn’t promptly updated, don’t worry. It may not have synchronized with the online tracking system yet. Check back later, and if there’s no movement within a week, please contact our customer service at contact@pixiblaze.com for assistance.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Please note that some carriers restrict shipping to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical address for shipping. If you’ve placed an order for a P.O. Box, we’ll reach out to you for an alternative address, which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, issuing a full refund minus the return shipping costs.
